Kyle Davies is a Chartered Psychologist, therapist, coach, speaker and author. He is the creator of Energy-Flow Coaching™, a MindBody approach to help people achieve optimum wellbeing, and experience greater personal freedom. He has spent the last 15 years helping sufferers of chronic health challenges such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, depression and anxiety, recover their health and lead fulfilled lives.

Kyle was born and raised in Cardiff, Wales. He qualified as a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society following completion of a BSc in Psychology and an MPhil in Applied Psychology. He practiced for 10 years as an organisational psychologist in management consulting before opening therapy and coaching clinic, Psych-Solutions, in the late 1990s, where he focused on anxiety conditions, depression and life coaching.

In 2003 Kyle turned his attention to chronic fatigue and pain conditions, and other medically unexplained symptoms and syndromes, and was a co-developer of Mickel Therapy. From 2004 to 2011 he was a Director at Mickel Health Initiatives Ltd where he was principally involved with training and supervising practitioners.

Kyle has continued to innovate and evolve his work and this is reflected in his first book, The Intelligent Body: Reversing Chronic Fatigue & Pain from the Inside Out, published by W W Norton & Co. (New York). He has presented to a variety of audiences in the British Isles, the USA, and Europe, and he is an international member of the American Psychological Association.

Kyle is a regular contributor to ITV Wales News, is frequently heard on radio and podcasts, and is the host of the podcast Unleashing Potentials. He has worked with thousands of clients, helping them recover from chronic health conditions, get unstuck, maximise their potentials and transform their lives.

Rebecca Metro is a Registered Nurse and Certified Yoga Instructor. She has had a lifelong interest in how mind and body interact to create both states of health and disease.

After suffering a debilitating bout with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Rebecca recovered her health using the practices and principles outlined in Energy-Flow Coaching™. In doing so, she was able to further her understanding of the stress-disease connection and how to harness our innate capacities to self heal and experience optimal health and well-being.

She writes about mind, body, and spirit and their interconnected role in health and wellbeing in her blog, The Median Of Infinity

Rebecca is based in Washinton DC, USA.

Nicola Dean is a Coach, author and workshop facilitator. For the last 10 years she has focused on working with sufferers of Chronic Fatigue (CFS), Post Viral Fatigue, Adrenal Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, anxiety, and depression. Having experienced significant adverse childhood experiences, and, as a former sufferer of CFS and anxiety, Nicola is passionate about supporting people to improve their lives, to breakthrough and transform.

Nicola’s book, Panaps for Little People, is designed to help young children develop their authentic voice while encouraging parents to facilitate their child’s emotional development.

She has a Degree in Psychology and is admired for her ability to connect with people on a level that is necessary for change. Nicola believes that as a society, we have lost our natural connection to being human. She is passionate about helping people to realign and reconnect with all of who they can be in order to unlock untapped potential for health, wellbeing and happiness.
